Just pictures today of an evolving journey into the mysteries and wonder of facilitating the process of leaves conversing with cloth.  This one, geraniums and sappanwood.

And this–a wild violet bursting with earth energy.

a lot of violet varieties are grown here in Australia, viola odorata does well in a morning sun position and the native viola hederaceae makes a lovely groundcover in semi shade, have tried lots of varieties over the years but most of them don’t cope with Sydey’s very hot summers so they go to plant heaven along with peonies, lily of the valley, daffodils, tulips, wood anemones, weeping cherries, dogwood… all the things that love a cool temperate climate like yours!
